When accepting the operation of the adjustment mode transition operator, the current control part switches, by operating the third function operator, between a step mode for increasing/decreasing the signal current value with a predetermined width on the basis of the first function operator and the second function operator and a span mode for switching the signal current value between the upper limit value and lower limit value of the predetermined range on the basis of the operations of the first function operator and the second function operator.
