    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, system, and method for treating miscellaneous wastewater capable of effectively and continuously treating the miscellaneous wastewater by converting into harmless waste water a large amount of the miscellaneous wastewater containing an organic matter such as an oily component and discharged continuously but unsteadily in volume and at irregular times. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises at least a pump for sucking/pressurizing the miscellaneous wastewater in a storage tank and a nozzle for injecting the wastewater pressurized by the pump into the storage tank, forming a circulating path through which the miscellaneous wastewater flows via the nozzle, the tank, and the pump at work one after the other. The apparatus circulates the miscellaneous wastewater through the circulating path from the storage tank which is always fully filled with the wastewater continuously flowing in and cleans the wastewater using the effect of cavitation generated by the injection.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation apparatus of organic materials, very excellent in workability such that a uniform primary fermented material is obtained quickly and repeatedly, low in cost, without running cost, and greatly convenient in treatment for converting of domestic animal excreta, especially of dairy farmers, to fertilizers, and to provide a fermentation method. SOLUTION: A fermentation tank has an opening part for outer air to naturally flow in and at least one part of wall parts constituting this fermentation tank is a duplicated structure consisting of two rigid plane members with a space formed therebetween. The one, contacting with a material to be treated, of the rigid plane members is equipped with small holes and aeration pathways are formed by the opening part, the space and the holes. A suction power of an updraft generating by a fermentation heat guides a natural flowing-in of outer air from the opening part, the air is supplied from the small holes into the fermentation tank through the space, and therefore a fermentation of the material to be treated can be promoted by a heat-retention of the supplied air and the duplicated structure.
