In a display panel in which at least one side thereof serves as a display surface, the display panel includes a first reflectance layer, which may be made of titanium, titanium nitride, or an alloy of titanium and tungsten and a second reflectance layer, which may be made of indium tin oxide, indium zinc oxide, or gallium zinc oxide, the first and second low reflection layer being deposited at positions corresponding to pixels on a substrate.

摘要： Brazing or soldering materials which effectively improve the wettability of the brazing alloy or solder without using flux and a method of manufacturing such materials are provided. A metallic base is placed on turntable inside a vacuum chamber. A copper target is affixed to a sputtering electrode above the metallic base. Air is removed from the vacuum chamber through a vacuum outlet to increase the vacuum therein to a specific pressure, and carbon tetrafluoride and argon are introduced from a gas inlet to control the sputter pressure. Thereafter, turntable is rotated while a high frequency voltage is applied between the target and the metallic base to form a halide layer, such as a layer of copper fluoride, on a surface of metallic base.

摘要： The present invention provides an ink jet recording head for use in an ink jet recording device, wherein a water-repellent layer (21) comprising a homogeneous layer of a fluoropolymer is formed on the surface of a nozzle for jetting an ink. This water-repellent layer can be formed as a dense, homogeneous layer through the use of a solvent-soluble fluoropolymer, which enables an ink jet recording head excellent in the water-repellent property, the persistence of the water repellency and the durability.

The display panel, which includes on a substrate a plurality of light-emitting layers, which form pixels, is characterized in that the display panel includes low-reflection layers formed between the substrate and the light-emitting layer and between the light-emitting layers, the low-reflection layer includes a first low-reflection layer made of titanium and a second low-reflection layer made of an indium tin oxide. In addition, the low-reflection layer may be provided to a sealant in a region between the light-emitting layers.

摘要： A porous structure in which water repellency can be kept for a long term; an ink-jet recording head in which the nozzle surface is superior in water repellency properties, and high printing quality can be maintained for a long term; a method manufacturing such a porous structure and such an ink-jet recording head; and an ink-jet recording apparatus provided with such an ink-jet recording head. In a porous structure (100), recess portions (17) and protrusion portions (18) are formed on the surface of a substrate of the porous structure. The height of the protrusion portions (18) on the surface oft he substrate is uniform. In addition, the recess portions (17) and the protrusion portions (18) are formed to have such a size that a liquid drop (21) does not fall down into the recess portion (17), and can contact with an air layer (20) in the recess portion (17). The porous structure (100) is adopted in the ink ejecting surface except for ink ejecting holes in an ink-jet recording head. The ink-jet recording head is mounted on an ink-jet recording apparatus.
