SOLUTION: The toothbrush 10 includes at least a head part 10a having a bristle insertion surface 10a1 into which a plurality of bristles 14 is inserted, and a handle part 10c continuously formed from the head part 10a. In the toothbrush, a plurality of projections 16a are longitudinally formed in a line in a part 10c1 and the rear side 10c2 which are close to the bristle insertion surface 10a1 of the handle part 10c. Thus, when a user grips the handle part 10c, the fingertips are positioned between any ones of a plurality of the projections 16a.

摘要： A method of the invention detects a machining load acting on a tool during a machining process, estimates abrasion amount of the tool based on the machining load and a tool abrasion characteristic registered in advance in a memory, and changes automatically tool position compensation amount based on the tool abrasion. The estimating computation of tool abrasion amount is performed by, for example, obtaining in advance a tool abrasion coefficient based on tool abrasion amount per unit time when a main spindle load current value is taken as a reference machining current value, and integrating for a machining time the product of a ratio of a main spindle load current value during an actual machining process to the reference current value and said tool abrasion coefficient.

This method is for controlling the coordinate position of a tool T such that the velocity of the contact point of the tool with the workpiece W in a tangential direction becomes constant with an eccentric angle .theta. relative to the major axis of the ellipse E as a parameter. This method comprises the step of controlling the coordinate position (x.sub.n, y.sub.n) of the center of the tool to track along the path being away from the ellipse E in the normal direction by a distance corresponding to the radius r of the tool.

摘要： A puffer type gas circuit breaker comprises a stationary piston, a movable puffer cylinder into which the stationary piston is inserted, a ring-shaped movable arcing contact provided at the forward end of the movable puffer cylinder, a rod-shaped stationary arcing contact disposed concentrically with the ring-shaped movable arcing contact, and a nozzle which blows compressed arc-extinguishing gas filled in the movable puffer cylinder on to arcs produced between both arcing contacts when the operation of the circuit breaker is actuated thereby puffing out said arcs, wherein an arc-resisting section prepared from arc-resisting metal is mounted on those portions of both arcing contacts which are exposed to arcs, the arcs touches the arc-resisting portions alone, thereby preventing both arcing contacts from being damaged by arcs. No arcs arises between both arcing contacts before the shutoff of current; restriking does not appear between the arcing contacts after the shutoff of current; and current can be shut off under a stable condition.
