摘要： A fixed abrasive grain wire saw that can improve precision of a cut plane of a workpiece and grinding efficiency and can prolong product life, a method of manufacturing the fixed abrasive grain wire saw, and a method of machining a workpiece by the fixed abrasive grain wire-saw. To fasten abrasive grains to an outer circumferential surface of a metal core wire, a plurality of transfer rollers, in each of which many tiny holes filled with an adhesive are formed, are used to transfer the adhesive to the outer circumferential surface of the core wire to form, on the outer circumferential surface, a plurality of rows of punctiform adhesive layers that are linearly arrayed in the axial direction at regular intervals. The abrasive grains are tentatively fastened to the adhesive layers, after which the abrasive grains are permanently fastened with a metal plated layer formed by electrolytic deposition.

摘要： The object is to provide a construction method of an information-communicable underground pipe whereby communication cables can be readily laid in an underground pipeline having a main pipe and branch pipes branched therefrom thereby allowing the underground pipeline to be used as an information-communicable underground pipe, and to provide a construction structure and a construction member therefor. 摘要： A polyetheresteramide having good heat resistance, permanent antistatic property and superior compatibility with thermoplastic resins and a resin composition containing the polyetheresteramide are disclosed, wherein the polyetherester-amide consists essentially of a polyamide oligomer with carboxylic chain ends having a number average molecular weight between 200 and 5,000 and a bisphenol compound with oxyalkylene units having a number average molecular weight between 300 and 3,000. Antistatic resin compositions with good antistatic property and heat resistance are obtained from compositions comprising 3 to 40% by weight of the polyetheresteramide and 60 to 97% by weight of thermoplastic resins. The antistatic resin compositions can contain as compatibilizers vinyl polymers having functional groups such as carboxyl and epoxy groups or block polymers containing polyolefin blocks and aromatic vinyl polymer blocks. To further improve the antistatic property of the resin composition a composition comprising at least 97% by weight of the polyetheresteramide and at least 0.01% by weight of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal halide can be used in the same way as the polyetheresteramide.
