    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in related arts that the temperature of a floor cannot be adjusted, and a high dew condensation preventive effect by the blown air cannot be expected in case of a thick outer wall by external insulation or a bay-window, whereas against a method for mounting a high-performance filter for dust accumulated in an air conditioning unit and frequently mantaining it, a device for not directly introducing the indoor air to a coil but introducing filtered fresh air to the coil followed by heating, sending it by the coil, and converting it to radiant heat in an intended space to contribute to air conditioning is proposed.
      SOLUTION: This system is adapted so that hot air or cold air can be sent to a device for releasing radiant heat in which an air panel heater is integrated with a building on the inner side of an outer wall to circulate fresh slightly warm air or cold air to the whole underfloor area, and the temperature of the floor surface can be also adjusted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation system for dwelling house, capable of performing odor exhaust in a miscellaneous drain pipe and ventilation in a dwelling house while preventing intrusion of the odor in the miscellaneous drain pipe into the dwelling house.
      SOLUTION: This ventilation system for dwelling house comprises the miscellaneous drain pipe 13 for combining and discharging miscellaneous drain water in the dwelling house 12 to the outside, which is formed in a predetermined size to be used also as an exhaust pipe; a vertical pipe 14 extending upward while communicating with the drain pipe 13, which is provided in the latter stage of the final combining point of the drain pipe 13; an exhaust device 15 arranged in the vertical pipe 14; and miscellaneous draining apparatuses 17 arranged at tips of branch pipes 16 of the miscellaneous drain pipe 13. The odor in the drain pipe 13 and air in each room R in the dwelling house 12 where the apparatus 17 or the like is arranged are discharged to the outside by the exhaust device 15, whereby the exhaust of odor in the drain pipe 13 and the ventilation in the dwelling house 12 are performed together.

    • A stepping motor includes a rotor formed of ferromagnetic material having a plurality of circumferentially alternately arranged poles of opposite polarities and a stator having main poles which are polarized in opposite polarities by successive drive pulses of opposite senses.
