摘要： A method and an apparatus for software upgrade in a digital television receiving device are disclosed. The method includes multiplexing service software into a transport stream according to a predefined protocol, extracting by the digital television receiving device data of the service software from the transport stream and storing the data, restarting the digital television receiving device, so that digital television receiving device software and the service software may obtain addresses of interface functions of the opposite party, and updating by the digital television receiving device software and the service software, default addresses of the interface functions of the service software and the digital television receiving device software according to the obtained addresses. With the invention, the digital television receiving device software and the service software may be independent from each other, and may be upgraded separately.

摘要： A media delivery system includes a media manager (MM) a central server that supports peer to peer (P2P) technology (CS-P), a request routing system that supports P2P technology (RRS-P), and an edge server that supports P2P technology (ES-P) and multiple P2P clients. A method for playing streaming media based on the above media delivery system includes: the MM publishes a live channel notification to the CS-P, RRS-P, and ES-P; the CS-P obtains streaming data packets from a live source and parses and slices the packets to generate slice data; the ES-P obtains the slice data from the CS-P and/or other ES-Ps that are able to provide slice data and caches the slice data; and the P2P client obtains the slice data from the ES-P or other P2P clients and delivers the data, or the data is played by a local player after an assembly operation by the P2P client. With the P2P technology, the present invention improves the prior media delivery network and realizes the playing of streaming media to a large number of clients.

摘要： Provided are novel hetero-oligomers of (S)-carbonyl reductases and their application in catalyzing the reduction of polyphenyl ketones. Also provided are recombinant strains expressing hetero-oligomers of SCR/SCR2 or SCR2/SCR3, which can catalyze the reduction of polyphenyl ketones. The hetero-oligomer of SCR/SCR2 is capable of catalyzing 2,4-dichlorobenzophenone, 2-naphthalenone and [(E)-2-[3-[3-[2-(7-chloro-2-quinolinyl)ethenyl]phenyl]-3-oxopropyl]benzoic acid methyl ester (Keto Easter M) with a specific activity of 4.55 U/mg, 2.43 U/mg and 0.86 U/mg, respectively. The hetero-oligomer of SCR2/SCR3 is capable of catalyzing 2,4-dichlorobenzophenone and [(E)-2-[3-[3-[2-(7-chloro-2-quinolinyl)ethenyl]phenyl]-3-oxopropyl]benzoic acid methyl ester (Keto Easter M) with a specific activity of 4.42 U/mg and 1.21 U/mg, respectively. No catalyzing activities for reducing polyphenyl ketones were detected in the naturally existing homo-oligomers of SCR, SCR2 or SCR3, which can catalyze the reduction of monobenzoic cyclic compounds. The invention expands the substrate spectrum of natural (S)-carbonyl reductases (SCR, SCR2 and SCR3) and provides a novel type of oxidoreductases for catalyzing the reduction of polyphenyl ketones.

The streaming delivery system includes: a center server (CS-P), an edge server (ES-P), a request scheduling server (RRS-P), and a client. The disclosed embodiments utilizes the upload capabilities of the client to transmit a part of streaming data, thus consuming fewer center server resources. By constructing the network topology, the disclosed embodiments enable the client to obtain a part of streaming data from other clients, reduces the load capability requirements for the server, and ensures that a streaming delivery network may provide streaming live services with higher bandwidths and better quality.
