    • A system for generating milling codes includes a plurality of personal computers (10), a database (14), and an application server (12). The application server, connected between the personal computers and the database, includes a circular hole handling module (125), for handling circular holes of an engineering drawing, and receiving relevant parameters of the circular holes; a non-circular hole handling module (126), for determining and handling all non-circular holes of the engineering drawing, and receiving relevant parameters of the non-circular holes; a milling path generating module (128), for generating milling paths according to the parameters of the circular holes and the non-circular holes; and a milling code generating module (129), for generating milling codes according to the milling paths. A related method for generating milling codes is also provided.

    • A method of the present invention for folding over a plate (90) includes the steps of: providing a first mold assembly to dent a notch (94) at a place of the plate to be bent and simultaneously form a curved portion (98) at an end of the plate which has a rounded comer (96) with a 1.0 millimeter radius; providing a second mold assembly to bend the plate 90 degrees at the notch; and providing a third mold assembly to finally fold over the plate with a rammer (60″) acting on the curved portion and thereupon flattening the curved portion.

    • A folding apparatus (10) includes a pair of dies (20) defining a recess (20M) therebetween, a cushion pad (30) vertically movable in the recess, a pair of support blocks (40), a pair of pivoting blocks (50) rotatable about the dies, and a vertically movable punch (60). The thickness of each pivoting block is substantially equal to the distance between the cushion pad and each die. Each pivoting block defines a groove (52) in an inner surface, for shifting the center of gravity outwardly. Each support block includes a horizontal portion (42) secured under the cushionpad, an inclined portion (46), and a shoulder (44) between the horizontal portion and the inclined portion.

    • A bracket for mounting a circuit board includes a body and a rib. The body including a top plate, a bottom plate and a side plate connected between the top and the bottom plates. A top latch and a bottom latch respectively extend from the top and the bottom plates. The rib is retained between the top and the bottom plates of the body.     • A die block assembly includes a sliding block (50) and a die plate (70). The sliding block has a base (53) from which a pair of slanted rails (58) extends. A protrusion (61) with a vertical outer wall (62) extends from an end of the base, between the rails. The die plate defines an opening (72) for movably receiving the block. A pair of slanted guiding grooves (74) is defined in the plate, for slidably receiving the rails of the sliding block. A recess (76) bounded by a vertical inner wall (78) is defined in the plate, for movably receiving the protrusion of the block. Upon assembly, in a first position, a clearance exists between the outer wall of the block and the inner wall of the recess. In a second position, the outer wall abuts the inner wall. Thus movement of the block is limited to a predetermined range.
