    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary polishing tool that inhibits parts from being discarded when a polishing wheel is discarded.
SOLUTION: In the rotary polishing tool, each polishing wheel 2 includes: a polishing paper 3; and an annular retaining part 4 that retains the polishing paper 3, and is held so as not to rotate with respect to a boss part 1. The retaining part 4 includes: a front disposing part; a rear disposing part; and one or more coupling part. In the base part side of the radial polishing paper, wherein the axial directions of the boss part 1 are defined front and rear directions, the front disposing part is disposed in the front of the polishing paper 3, the rear disposing part is disposed in the rear of the polishing paper 3, and both disposing parts hold the polishing paper therebetween, while the coupling part connects the polishing paper 3 to one or both of the front and rear disposing parts. When discarding the polishing wheel, the rotary polishing tool releases the connection with the coupling part to separate the front and rear disposing parts from the polishing paper 3, whereby the front and rear disposing parts are reused.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanding disk capable of showing effects of two disks by one disk, and minimizing the amount of waste after finishing use. SOLUTION: This sanding disk is composed of a disk-shaped base plate fixed to a rotating shaft of a rotating tool such as a grinder, and a grinding member provided on the base plate. The base plate is composed of a center member 4 positioned in the center of the base plate, and a disk-shaped grinding member holding member 5 detachably engaged with the center member. The center member 4 is fixed on the rotating shaft of the rotating tool. The grinding member holding member 5 is provided with grinding members 6 on both faces thereof. Therefore, the grinding member holding member 5 is engaged with the center member 4 with tuning in side out, thereby enabling use of grinding members on both faces. The grinding member 6 is made by radially and annularly gluing plural grinding sheets 6 wherein grinding material is provided on one side of the cloth or paper grinding sheets 6. The grinding member on either one of the front side or the back side can be formed from a hard disk-shaped grinding wheel made of synthetic resin mixed with the abrasive material. When the grinding member wears out, it is enough to dispose only the grinding member and the grinding member holding member.

    • PURPOSE:To make a warehouse empty space divertible to other application purposes as well as to aim at the promotion of space efficiency so useful a range, by constituting a floor so as to be evacuated onto a superposition plate installed along with separate flooring side by side, in time of the floor falling into disuse as commodities are housed, in case of an automatic three-dimensional warehouse. CONSTITUTION:Separate flooring 201 is made to travel on beam rails 102 for installation beams 101A and 101A' of each step floor by means of a self-propelled device (unillustrated herein) and installed thereat. When a floor becomes useless, the under surface of a guide roller installation supporting part of a superposition plate is made to go up along a stop pillar while supporting a hydraulic cylinder, and plate top rails and the beam rails 102 are held on the same level by means of a matching member (unillustrated herein). Next, the separate flooring 2 is made to run itself on the superposition plate and paced down there. Then, the matching member is set free, contracting the hydraulic cylinder down, and the top of a mounted flooring surface and the next flooring surface are made to accord with each other in level, then the next place flooring is transferred for placement. With this motion repeated, all the floor is removed. Thus, effective use for an empty space comes to fruition upon suchlike floor removal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing disc capable of being strongly pressed on a processing object.SOLUTION: A polishing disc 1 includes a substrate 2 and a plurality of polishing sheets 3 arranged on each of an upper surface and a lower surface of the substrate 2. The substrate 2 includes a plurality of slits 21 each of which is formed from an outer periphery of the substrate 2 toward the inside of the substrate 2. Each of the polishing sheets 3 is folded into two from a bent section 30 so as to be divided into an upper side sheet section 31 and a lower side sheet section 32. One or the plurality of polishing sheets 3 are passed through the slit 2 at the position of the bent section 30. The upper side sheet section 31 and the lower side sheet section 32 are disposed on the upper surface side of the substrate 2 and the lower surface side of the substrate 2, respectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize waste quantity of a rotary polishing tool after completion of use. SOLUTION: A rotary polishing tool is constituted of a base plate and a polishing member 7 provided on its surface, the base plate is constituted of a central member 5 and a polishing member holding member 6 of a disc shape to be engaged with it free to connect and disconnect, and the polishing member holding member 6 is constituted of a first holding member 6a on its center and a second holding member 6b on the outside. The second holding member 6b is engaged with the first holding member 6a free to connect and disconnect. The polishing member 7 is made contact with only the surface side of the first holding member 6a. It is possible to further continue polishing work by removing the second holding member 6b on the outside of the polishing member holding member 6 from the first holding member 6a at the time when the polishing member 7 is abrased and cannot be used. It is possible to minimize waste quantity by scrapping only the abrased polishing member and the first holding member when the polishing member is abrased and cannot finally be used, and the second holding member and the central member can be repeatedly used.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make only the polishing member of a rotary polishing fixture freely mounted/demounted, and furthermore, prevent the polishing member from falling down while it is being used. SOLUTION: A rotary polishing fixture 50 is formed out of a separate center member 5, and of a polishing member 6. Both the members are rotated so as to be engaged with each other by means of the groove part 5f of the center member 5 and the projected part 6d of the polishing member 6, and can be freely mounted/demounted. The center member 5 is fixed to the rotary shaft 71 of a grinder 70 by a fixing screw 73, and by this constitution, the polishing member 6 can be removed as the center member 5 is left as is fixed to the rotary shaft 71. A cut-out part 6k is provided for the middle part of the projected part 6d, and a locking projected part 5k is also provided for a place corresponding to the aforesaid middle part. When the polisher is suspended and the like while polishing is being performed, the polishing member 6 is revolved in the direction that an engagement with the center member 5 is released, however, when the end part of the projected part 6d abuts against the partitioning part 5g of the other groove part, the polishing member is prevented from falling down because the aforesaid cut-out part 6k does not agree in position with the locking projected part 5k.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for removing adhering matter, which tool can steadily and efficiently remove the adhered matter located on the surface of an object without damaging the object itself, and can reduce the load on a worker, and has a long life, and in addition, can be easily and safely handled.
SOLUTION: The tool 1 for removing the adhering matter is provided with a base element 2 to be attached to a rotary tool, and arm portions 3 radially extending from the base element 2 and having an impact portion 31 at the tip end of the arm portion 3. The arm portion 3 is supported so as to relatively swing with respect to the base element 2 within a required range. A shock absorbing means 4 is arranged between the arm portion 3 and the base element 2. As a result, because the impact portions 31 rotating at a high rotational speed violently collide with the adhering matter, the adhered matter can be steadily and efficiently removed. Further, because the reaction produced at this time is absorbed by the shock absorbing means 4, the object itself is not spoiled. In addition, the vibration to be transmitted to the worker is reduced, and the load for the worker is greatly reduced, and further, the noise is reduced.
