摘要： PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing dust collecting filters is provided to maximize the efficiency of filtering processes by improving the adhesive force of filtering members and supporting members. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing dust collecting filter includes the following: a pre-heated lower mold is mounted at the rotary shaft of a molding device; filtering members are introduced to be fixed to a fixed pin of the lower mold; a pre-heated upper mold is mounted at the center of the lower mold; a resin supplying nozzle is adjacently arranged at the inner inclined side of an opening which is formed at the center of the upper mold, and synthetic resin is introduced through the nozzle; the rotary shaft of the molding device rotates to rotate the molds; the synthetic resin in the molds is uniformly heated; The upper mold is separated after the synthetic resin is cured; and a molded filter, in which supporting members are integrated with the outer circumference of the filtering members, is separated.
