    • The present invention relates to an imitation stone board for an interior and exterior decoration which has the functions of a catalyst, deodorant, adsorbent, etc. and a beautiful natural color of a natural stone. The imitation stone board for an interior and exterior decoration according to the present invention comprises more than at least one small grain aggregate selected from the group comprising a volcano stone, pumice and white cement each having a small grain distribution; a kneading material fabricated in such a manner that more than at least one small grain aggregate and a small grain and soft natural zeolite are mixed and kneaded with water; and the kneaded material is filled in a molding having a unit area and is hardened and separated from the molding. When the imitation stone board fabricating using a natural zeolite as a main source material is adapted for an interior and exterior decoration of a building, a pollutant such as a food smell, smoke, ammonia and dust is effectively absorbed and purified by a natural zeolite for thereby implementing a pleasant indoor environment. Since the imitation stone board is light, it is possible to implement a desired safety and convenience of construction.

    • Provided is a method and apparatus for manufacturing ferrochrome. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing ferrochrome comprises the steps of: heating fine chromium ore; pre-reducing the heated fine chromium ore; mixing a flux into the fine chromium ore; preparing a compacted body after mixing the pre-reduced fine chromium ore and the flux; and loading the compacted body into a smelting-reduction furnace, and performing smelting-reduction through the combustion of carbonaceous material. According to the present invention, fine chromium ore can be compacted in a non-melted state and smelting-reduction can be carried out at a low temperature using a flux. Thus, ferrochrome can be stably manufactured in the smelting-reduction furnace utilizing a carbon-based heat source.
