The position control device of a bicycle crank arm according to the present invention comprises: a stay-crank arm connected to a crank shaft of a bicycle so as to rotate; a crank arm of which one end is hinge-coupled with the stay-crank arm and the other end is connected to the pedal of the bicycle and which has a coupling hole formed at one side for a locking device so as to control a locking position with respect to the stay-crank arm; the locking device inserted into the coupling hole for locking or releasing the crank arm; a spring clip for preventing the deviation of the crank arm in the state in which the crank arm is hinge-coupled with the stay-crank arm. The stay-crank arm is formed with a plurality of position-control holes which are separated from each other at a predetermined interval, wherein the locking device is coupled in any one hole of the plurality of position-control holes so as to lock the crank arm.
