摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly, continuously, and noiselessly carry out excavated soil with less workers and easily cope with the variation of the distance between the loading position and the carrying-out level. SOLUTION: An excavating part 14 is excavated by a specified depth and the excavated soil is carried out to the ground level through a screw feeder 32, the vertical and horizontal parts 50, 48 of a belt conveyor 26 with sashes and the soil is delivered from the horizontal part 48 to a carrying-out belt conveyor 30 and further, to an excavated soil pit 34 on the ground level 10 by belt conveyor 30. After excavation down to a specified depth, the tail part 52 at the lower end of the vertical part and the screw feeder 32 are simultaneously lowered to the excavating face level by a traction device 28. These processes are repeated to excavate soil to a specified depth in sequence and carry out the excavated soil.

The external peripheral faces of the cutters 20-23, 30-33 are treated in a lining process with a low abrasive material.

When the general receiver 13 breaks down, the vehicle is controlled by using the emergency commander 14 and the receiver 15 and moved to a safe place by itself. When the vehicle is stopped by fault in an engine 18, an emergency power unit 17 is driven by a battery 25 mounted on the vehicle. Then, the lift cylinder of a working device 22 such as a blade or a ripper is operated, the working device 22 is floated from the ground and at the same time, a brake 24 is released. The defective vehicle is moved to the safe zone by tracting the ripper or the like with a tractor to be repaired.

And the excavated soil loaded on the vertical part 50 by the screw feeder 32 is fed on the carrying-out belt conveyor 30 by driving the belt conveyor 26 with sashes to carry out the soil to an excavated soil pit 34 on the ground. After excavating works have been completed at every excavating stage, conveyor belts 27 are additionally connected to extend it. By repeating the works, the ground is excavated to the final depth and the excavated soil is discharged.
