    • A network equipment is in communication with customer premises equipment (CPE) through a primary electrical path and a secondary electrical path, and includes a timer, a processor and a switching device. The timer provides heartbeat packets for the CPE via the primary electrical path and the secondary electrical path to obtain a first response time and a second response time corresponding to the primary and secondary electrical paths. The switching device is switched to the primary electrical path or the secondary path under the control of the processor. When the timer reaches a preset retransmission timeout, the processor controls the switching device to be switched to the secondary electrical path from the primary electrical path. When the second response time exceeds the first response time at least twice in succession, the processor enables the switching device to be selectively switched to the primary electrical path.

    • An elastic pull rope with maximum tensile range limitation functions has a soft elastic pipe casing forming a closed threading space inside the pipe body. The side edges of the pipe casing are provided with evenly distributed convex and concave folding edges. Elastic strips, made of multiple elastic cords, go straight through the long threading space. Pulling joint parts are configured on the elastic strips, and each part matches the corresponding position of the concave folding edges of the pipe casing. A plurality of pulling woven cords are formed on the inner side of the concave folding edges, so as to bind and fix the pulling joint parts on the elastic strips with the concave folding edges. Two flat-type binding strips are formed on the two ends of the pipe casing and the elastic strips. Extending strips are formed respectively by extending the ends of the two flat-type binding strips.

    • An elastic safety pull rope with maximum tensile range limitation functions has a telescopic flexible tube, which is a woven fabric tubing provided with an enclosed through-space. At least two elastic threads are assembled into the through-space of the tube. A plurality of weaving fixed portions are fixed onto the joints of the elastic threads and flanged portions of the tube. Two flat joints are formed at two ends of the tube and elastic threads. No extension is possible when the tube is pulled in a straight state, so this could limit the maximum tensile range of the elastic thread. When the two flat joints are pulled to couple with the elastic thread and tube, the flanged portions of the tube could be placed in uniform corrugated state since the weaving fixed portions are linked at interval, thereby preventing possible winding and rupture of the threads with better applicability.
