    • Die Erfindung betrifft zunächst ein Verfahren zum Reinigen von Wasser mittels durch zwischen elektrischen Leitern auf unterschiedlichem elektrischen Potential erzeugten Entladungen, wobei einer der Leiter durch das Wasser gegeben ist und sich bevorzugt auf einem elektrischen Null-Potential, bspw. zufolge Erdung, befindet und der andere durch eine flächenförmige, auf einem Dielektrikum aufsitzende Elektrode gegeben ist, die mit einem zweiten, höheren Potential beaufschlagt wird. Um ein effizientes Verfahren zur Wasserreinigung anzugeben, wird vorgeschlagen, dass zufolge von sich unter Durchsetzung einer Luftschicht zwischen der Elektrode und dem Wasser bei Entladungsvorgängen erzeugten gasförmigen Stoffen wie bspw. OH-Radikalen, durch Rückführung oder Eintreibung in das Wasser eine Reinigung des Wassers durchgeführt wird. Weiter betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Reinigung von Wasser (2) im Durchlaufverfahren mittels elektrischer Entladungen, wobei die Entladungen zwischen einer zumindest teilweise oberhalb eines freien Wasserspiegels (5) angeordneten Elektrode (6) und dem Wasser (2) durchführbar sind, welche Elektrode (6) als Flächenelement ausgebildet ist. Um eine vorteilhafte Vorrichtung zur Wasserreinigung anzugeben, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Elektrode (6) langgestreckt und gesehen von dem Wasser (2) aus konvex gebildet ist.

    • A method for assigning acknowledgement (ACK) channels to a user is used to feed back ACKs of a plurality of downlink sub-frames in one uplink sub-frame. According to the method, reserved ACK channels are divided into blocks according to the number of downlink sub-frames; each downlink sub-frame corresponds to one block; each block is divided into several sub-blocks; control channel element (CCE) sets within the same sub-frame are respectively mapped to different sub-blocks; and the ACK channels are assigned to the downlink sub-frames according to a sequence of increasing a mapping label d first and then increasing a sub-block label m. Thus, more unused ACK channels can be released to form resource blocks (RBs) for transmission on other channels, for example, for PUSCH transmission. Other methods for assigning ACK channels to a user, a device for assigning ACK channels to a user, and a communication system are further provided.

    • A method, a user equipment, and a base station for transmitting channel state information (CSI) are disclosed. First, a scheduling grant command is sent by a base station. A CSI location label is obtained according to information of a resource occupied by the scheduling grant command and information of a resource occupied by a data channel that is indicated by the scheduling grant command. CSI of a carrier corresponding to the CSI location label is sent to the base station through the data channel. The CSI location label may be obtained through the scheduling grant command and the CSI of the carrier corresponding to the CSI location label may be sent or received without changing a length of an aperiodic CSI request field.
