    • The present invention relates to a braider (1) comprising a device for controlling the thread lever (10). Said braider is formed by a curved path (30) that is closed in a circular ring-shaped manner, a sliding block (31) appurtenant thereto and a reverse gear (20) by means of which the direction of rotation of the drive motor is reversed in such a way that the group of the upper delivery bobbins and the group of the lower delivery bobbins rotate in opposing directions. The aim of the invention is to enable such a braider (1) to have a higher ceiling speed. The sliding block (31) and the curved path (30) are situated within the surface (32) of rotation, whereby said surface is circumscribed by the course of the thread lever (10) around a central axis (50) in relation to the braider (1), and/or the reverse gear (20) is provided with an internal ring gear which is fixed to the central pipe (3) and has a great reference diameter, a pinion circulating therein and an outer ring gear that is rotatably mounted on the central pipe (3) and has a small reference diameter. The pinion is rotatably mounted on a circulating axle which is rigidly connected to the housing. Said pinion causes the positive fit between the internal ring gear and the outer ring gear.

    • A rivet bucking tool (10) is provided with a damping piston (13) having a skirt (18) thereon and in which the shank (25) of a rivet bucking die (23) is freely removably received. This allows easy exchange of the dies (23) for piston recoil adaptation to rivets of different size and material. The area transformation between the shank (25) and the damping piston (13), the skirt (18) thereon, and the preferably airtight frictional fit of the skirt (18) around the shank (25) are utilized to convert bucking stress into vibration so as to reduce joint recoil of the damping piston (13) and die (23) during bucking. Vibration and recoil are absorbed in the tool housing (11) by compressed air in a damping chamber (42) wherein the pressure is selectively adjustable by a valve (28).

    • A power cutter including a housing; a two stroke internal combustion engine mounted within the housing; a throttle switch by which the engine can be accelerated when the engine is running; a support arm mounted on the housing and which projects forward of the housing. The sensing system provides an indication to the engine controller of when the lubricating oil is not being provided in accordance with the predetermined parameters. When the sensing system indicates that the lubricating oil is not being provided in accordance with the predetermined parameters, the engine controller places the engine either in an idle mode or switches it off.

The carriage track guide is characterized in that the carriage track guide comprises a set of inner rollers (8) for the inner radial guidance of the carriages (20), said inner rollers being attached to the support plate (4) such that an inner surface (68) of the respective carriage (20) can roll on a surface of the inner roller (8), that is mounted so as to be able to rotate by means of at least one roller bearing, and in that the weight of the carriage (20) and of the spool support (16) guided by the carriage track guide is absorbed via at least one of the inner and outer roller bearings. The invention provides a carriage track guide in which sliding friction occurs only to a relatively small extent.

The system has a stationary tube shaft extending vertically as a single piece along an axis and formed with a passage having an axially extending section and, extending therefrom, a radially outwardly open section. A pump supplies a lubricant fluid under pressure to the axially extending passage section and a distributor star fixed to one of the parts has a flow passage with a radially outer end at the location and a radially inner end. A bearing supports the star on the shaft for rotation about the axis with the inner passage end of the star opening into the outwardly open passage section of the shaft so that fluid from the pump flows along the shaft passage and then along the star passage to the location. Seals between the star and the shaft axially flank the inner passage end of the star.
