摘要： A V-pack filter includes a frame construction having a first frame structure and a second frame structure. The V-pack filter also includes first and second panel sections mounted in extension between the first and second frame structures. The first panel section has first and second ends. The second panel section has third and fourth ends. The first and third ends have a first distance therebetween while the second and fourth ends have a second distance therebetween. The second distance is generally greater than the first distance. The first and second panel sections and the second frame structure define an air flow aperture. A seal arrangement circumscribes the air flow aperture and projects outwardly from the second frame structure. The first frame structure defines a first receiver indent. Assemblies and methods are also included.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a restriction indicator for an air cleaner system of an internal combustion engine. The restriction indicator includes a housing divided into first and second chambers by a diaphragm. A signal member is connected to the diaphragm. The signal member is moveable along an axis between a reset position and a first indicator position, and defines an axial opening within which a first retaining shoulder is located. A guide member is provided for guiding the signal member as the signal member is moved between the reset position and the first axial position. A retaining member is provided for retaining the signal member in the first indicator position. The retaining member extends within the axial opening of the signal member and includes at least two fingers that project radially outward from the axis. The fingers are configured to engage the first retaining shoulder to retain the signal member in the first indicator position. The restriction indicator further includes a reset button for deflecting the fingers radially inward to disengage the fingers from the first retaining shoulder thereby allowing the signal member to be returned to the reset position. The reset button includes a portion that extends within the axial opening of the signal member between the retaining member and the signal member.

The grille comprises a number of relatively thick air-guiding louvers of sinuous shape, each louver being relatively thick in the transverse direction so that the grille has ballistic properties, i.e. the ability to deflect or intercept enemy projectiles directed toward the engine disposed behind the grille. Each louver includes or contains a dust removal mechanism immediately downstream from each air-turn surface on the louver, whereby the grille is enabled to clean the dust-laden air, thereby preventing ambient dust from coating the engine and/or the air passages of engine coolers and radiators.
