    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily draw out a removal electric wire from a bundle-picking drum in the bundle state that it is rolled-up.
      SOLUTION: The bundle-picking drum 2 is constituted by an approximately cylindrical core 22; a flange 23 fixed to a large diameter end of the core; and a flange 24 detachably mounted to a small diameter end of the core. The core 22 is formed by a plurality of fixed cores 42 and a plurality of movable cores 43, one end of the movable core 43 is supported pivotably in a radial direction, and a link mechanism 49 is connected to a neighborhood to the other end. A screw jack 53 is operated and one end side of the movable core is pivoted to vary a movable core diameter. After the removal electric wire is rolled-up, the bundle-picking drum is laterally fallen to diameter-contract the movable core. The flange is removed and the bundle of the removal electric wires is drawn out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pit mouth cut-off device which has a relatively simple structure, of which fitting work can be rapidly performed without a hitch and without special concern, and of which cut-off performance and workability are more excellent than those in conventional cut-off methods.SOLUTION: When installing a shaft 15, an A-part with a ring-shaped frame body 1 in which a rubber-made cut-off plate 3, rubber packings 4, 5, a holding ring 6, and a steel guard plate 7 are internally mounted is fitted in and fixedly welded to a pit mouth 16 face-cut on the shaft 15 beforehand, and a cover body 10 is mounted on the A-part so as to surround the inside of the A-part of the shaft.
