Then the pulverized block sweetener by about 40 to 90%, a gum base by about 5 to 50% and a flavor by about 0.5 to 3% are mixed.

Then, the gum is pulled out from a knife edge 35 and the hinge fastening member 27 is closed, that is swung to the side wall 19, to the length of cutting the gum. A target product is obtained by repeating it.
