    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a device for cutting and/or embossing a paper sheet, cut sheet, or strip, and to adjust the gap width of the gap between a cutting and/or emboss processing roller and an opposition roller evenly throughout the width in the axial direction of both rollers.
      SOLUTION: This is the device for cutting and/or embossing a paper sheet, cut sheet, or strip, and it is provided with the cutting and/or emboss processing roller 2 rotatably supported by a bearing 8 at both ends thereof, the opposition roller 3 cooperated with the cutting and/or emboss processing roller while being rotatably supported, and force loading devices 6, 12 loading pressure F on the circumferential face 5 of the cutting and/or emboss processing roller. The pressure F applied to the circumferential face 5 by the force loading devices 6, 12 is led to the bearing 8 via a part of the cutting and/or emboss processing roller 2 so as not to be applied to the opposition roller 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, safely and surely fold and package an article or a stack in a folding box stock material of various dimensions and shapes by providing a lower side tool which has four adjustable corner modules in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction, and is rotatable around the axis perpendicularly intersected with a loading surface. SOLUTION: Each guide block having a loading surface 51 and three folding flaps 52, 53, 54 is arranged on two guide elements 58, 59, or 59, 60 or 60, 61 or 58, 61 which are orthogonal to each other at all four corners of a lower tool 5. The guide blocks are movable in an approachably/separably manner together with their loading surface 51 or their folding flaps 52, 53, 58. The whole lower side tool 5 is arranged on reciprocal bases 69, 70, and can be traveled along a receiving base 50 together with the reciprocal bases 69, 70, and supported in the rising/falling manner in the direction of an arrow (g) and/or turnably around a perpendicular axis 72 in the direction of an arrow (h). This packaging device is used for diversified kinds of box materials.
