SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is composed of processes of: forming an arrangement body of a first pore having the first depth by plasma etching via an etching mask from a surface of a silicon wafer 11; forming an arrangement body of a stepped pore for connecting the first pore and a second pore in the plate thickness direction by forming the second pore of a dimension larger than the first pore by the plasma etching via the etching mask from the reverse side of the wafer 11; forming a master 19 by joining the first pore side of the wafer 11 to a carrier base body 18; electrochemically depositing a metallic layer 21 in the stepped pore; and separating the metallic layer 21 from the master 19.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a tool insert (a core) for injection-molding a part having a micro-channel arrangement and a penetration hole (a penetration channel) arrangement extending vertically against the arrangement at a flat outer surface.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes processes of: (1) forming the arrangement of the micro-channel by etching the front of a wafer 11; (2) forming the arrangement of the penetration hole extending in a vertical state virtually against the front of the wafer by etching the rear of the wafer 11; (3) forming a master by combining the above rear of the wafer with a carrier substrate 16; (4) depositing a metal layer 17 into the penetration channel existing on and in the front of the wafer electrochemically; and (5) separating only the metal layer 17 from the master. The separated metal layer 17 is used as the tool insert for injection-molding the part.
