    • An alloyed hot-dip iron-zinc-alloy plated steel plate having an excellent press moldability and a plurality of fine recesses satisfying the following conditions: (1) the number of fine recesses having a depth of not less than 2 mu m is within the range of 200-8,200/mm per 1 mm of the plated layer; and (2) a total of the areas of the openings per unit area of these recesses in the plated layer accounts for 10-70 % of the same unit area. The plated steel plate mentioned above is manufactured by subjecting a cold rolled steel plate to zinc hot dipping in which a temperature region, in which an initial reaction temperature for the formation of an iron-aluminum alloy layer is generated, in a zinc hot dipping bath having 0.05-0.30 wt.% aluminum content is limited to 500 DEG -600 DEG C, alloying in which an alloying temperature is limited to 480 DEG -600 DEG C, and temper rolling. When the above-mentioned condition (2) is replaced by the condition that a relative load length tp (2 mu m) in a profile curve is in the range of 30-90 %, excellent painting sharpness can be given to the plated steel plates.

    • A zinc-plated steel plate having a high press formability and a high corrosion resistance, consisting of a steel plate, a layer of coating of zinc formed on at least one surface of the steel plate, a film of chromate formed on the layer of coating of zinc, and a film of a resin formed on the chromate film. The resin film consists of a solvent thermosetting resin, a solid internal lubricant and a rust-proof pigment. The solvent thermosetting resin consists of (A) hydroxyl group-containing urethane prepolymer, and (B) at least one of block polyisocyanate compound and amino resin, which is used as a curing agent; and the hydroxyl group-containing urethane polymer is composed of (a) at least one polyol selected from the group made up of polyether polyol, polyester polyol and polyether polyester polyol, (b) isocyanate compound, and (c) dihydric alcohol. The solid internal lubricant consists of a polyethylene resin, and the content thereof is in the range of 1-30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a solid portion of the solvent thermosetting resin. The rust-proof pigment consists of at least one of a chromate compound and silica, and the content thereof is in the range of 3-30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a solid portion of the solvent thermosetting resin.
