    • A container in which a portion thereof at which a plurality of container elements are opposed to each other is heat-sealed. Out of the sealed portions, at least an opening starting portion has a laminated structure of a plurality of container elements (1, 3; 2', 2'), and an intermediate member (4) inserted therebetween. The intermediate member (4) and one of the container elements (1, 3; 2', 2') are tightly sealed, while the intermediate member (4) and the other of the container elements (1, 3; 2', 2') are sealed so that they can be peeled off easily. The inner edge (9) of an easily peelable sealed portion (8) is positioned closer to the center of the container than the inner edge (10) of a tightly sealed portion (7). In an opening starting position, the outer edge (12) of the easily peelable sealed portion (8) is positioned closer to the center of the container than the outer edge (13) of the tightly sealed portion (7). In this easily openable sealed container, the part to which the peeling force exerted from the center of the container to the sealed portion is concentrated is the tightly sealed portion (7) having a high peeling strength. Therefore, this part can withstand an increased inner pressure of the container occurring due to the retort sterilization. Since the part to which the peeling force exerted from the outer side of the container to the sealed portion is concentrated is the easily peelable sealed portion (8), the container can be opened easily by hand.

CONSTITUTION:A heat exchange coil 3 is arranged to the inner periphery of a stirring blade 2 and a hollow rotary shaft 4 is also used as a part of said coil and a jacket 8 is further provided to a lower part to constitute a heat exchange apparatus. In this constitution, a heat exchange medium is introduced into the coil 3 from an introducing pipe 7a and passes through the coil 3 to be flowed into the shaft 4 from the side end part of a motor 5. Subsequently, said medium is sent out to a lead-out pipe 7b from a rotary joint 6. Even in the jacket 8, the heat exchange medium is flowed along the entire surface of the jacket 8 through the internal coil. Because heat exchange is performed by two inner and outer systems of the stirring tank 1 as mentioned above, heat exchange efficiency is enhanced to a large extent. Because the coil 3 and the shaft 4 are integrally formed, the coil 3 is rotated in an integral relation to the stirring blade 2 and no dead corner is formed.

The spacers 17, the filter cloths 9, and the supporting members 7 are fastened and fixed by supporting member fastening bolts 15. The filter cloth presser frames are fastened and fixed by presser frame fastening bolts 22.
