    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a filter mesh of stockinet stitch.SOLUTION: A filtering mesh bag is formed by knitting a mesh sleeve 1 with both ends opened, and furthermore by heat sealing a sleeve around it. A thermoplastic membrane 3 is added depending on materials of a filter mesh, and/or the heat sealing is performed after reinforcing a portion to be heat sealed, thereby forming a bottom part of the filter mesh with certain strength to complete the present invention. The present invention eliminates the need for making a bottom by an over clock machine, and can improve production efficiency by adopting a heat seal technique to knit the filter mesh. Also, raw materials are saved and the pollution to an environment is reduced, resulting in cost reduction. Also, the stockinet stitch product by the method of the present invention is made soft, so that adhesion to sewerage in an actual usage is better than that of a polyethylene filter mesh bag by the polyethylene extrusion molding. According to the method for making the stockinet stitch filter mesh bag of the present invention, the environmental pollution can be greatly reduced.

    • The invention discloses a monoclonal antibody against human non-small cell lung carcinoma and a use of the monoclonal antibody, belonging to the technical field of biotechnology. Also disclosed is a hybridoma cell strain NM001-1 secreting a monoclonal antibody against human non-small cell lung carcinoma, deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection on August 31, 2011, CCTCC No.: C201172. Also disclosed is a monoclonal antibody NJ001-1 against human non-small cell lung carcinoma secreted by the hybridoma cell strain NM001-1. The monoclonal antibody NJ001-1 secreted by the hybridoma (CCTCC No.: C201172) has high yield and high titer, and has specific reactivity against lung adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma cell lines. Provided in the invention is a use of the monoclonal antibody NJ001-1 in preparing detection reagents for diagnosis of human non-small cell lung carcinoma. In vivo and in vitro research results show that the monoclonal antibody NJ001-1 has obvious inhibition effect on lung adenocarcinoma both in vivo and in vitro. Therefore, the monoclonal antibody may be applied in preparing drugs for treating human non-small cell lung carcinoma.
