摘要： Two strips of filter papers are fed continuously from reels to a set of rollers, which they pass through one on top of the other. The rollers emboss on the paper the shape of the filter paper required so that the two strips are integrated at the periphery of the shape. Alternative shapes are embossed the opposite way round on the paper strip. A second set of rollers make a perforated line between each embossed shape so that each filter can be ripped off the coil it is produced in. After the second rollers there is automatic means for mounting off a preset number of filters, forming a coil of this number of filters and packing the coil in box. Used to produce filter papers to fit any funnel shaped vessel. Limits the waste of filter paper and allows very fast prodn.
