摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent form in which a step is not formed at the connection part of forms since a form itself forms a faced surface, wave and twist are hard to occur on the forms arranged continuously to each other, all the forms connected to each other are formed integrally with each other, and the horizontal level of the upper surface of the form is easily adjusted.
SOLUTION: This permanent form is formed of a form 1 and a connection part 7. Two projections 10 are formed on the left and right end parts of the form 1, respectively, and four holes 11 are formed in the connection part to precisely position the forms 1 arranged continuously to each other, and the form 1 is tightened to the connection part 7 with bolts 8. A shaft with a screw at both ends, a pipe, and nuts are used for connecting the forms opposed to each other. Since the forms are formed integrally with each other, the horizontal level of the upper surface of the entire form structure can be adjusted by vertically moving the corner parts of the form structures connected to each other. A dedicated level adjusting metal fitting storable in the form structure is developed by using a fiber-reinforced plastic for the material of the form for reducing the weight of the form.
