摘要： A camera and retractor system for access to a surgical target site within a body of a patient comprising a retractor system and a camera assembly 12. The retractor system comprising at least one retracting element operable to retract body tissue to create a surgical working channel. The camera assembly secured to the retractor system at the proximal end of the working channel, in which the camera assembly overhangs the working channel. The camera assembly is characterized by a viewing axis and comprises an image sensor 14 with an imaging sensor axis in which the viewing axis may be offset or angled relative to the imaging axis. A first reflecting element 17 positioned to reflect light from the working channel to the imaging sensor and a rotatable reflector mount 16 disposed within the camera assembly configured to rotate the first reflecting element. A camera assembly kit with two retractor systems is also provided.

摘要： An IP video telephone includes a video display (139) for displaying received video signals and a speaker (135) for playing received audio signals. A gateway processor (408) connects the IP video telephone to an external IP network and receives the received audio and video signals. A video processor (422) processes the received video signals while an audio processor processes the received audio signals. Each of the gateway processor (408), the video processor and the audio processor are interconnected via an ethernet network (404).
