    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing functional water which is suitable for beauty and health, contains plenty of electrons, has antioxidative property and is activated and the performance of which can be kept for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The functional water which is activated and has antiozidative property and the performance of which is not deteriorated for a long period of time is produced by magnetizing mixed water of natural water with water containing plenty of electrons or by mixing the previously-magnetized natural water with water containing plenty of electrons. The natural water to be used as a raw material is soft water and has the pH of 6.8-7.5 and ≥4 KI value.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial air-exchanging method for culturing Pleurotus eryngii, capable of performing subcultures of the good quality P. eryngii over many generations, which is conventionally, considered as most difficult in the air-controlling type artificial culturing of the P. eryngii.
      SOLUTION: This artificial air-exchanging method for culturing the P. eryngii is provided by removing spores and harmful bacteria contained in air by passing the air introduced into a growing chamber through a high performance filter in the germinating and growing stages of the P. eryngii and also exchanging the air in the growing chamber for each certain period to widely reduce the degree of pollution in the growing chamber caused by the spores and harmful bacteria.
