    • A fastening device for projector lamp. The fastening device includes a lamp, a lamp casing and a strip-shaped spring that fastens the lamp onto the lamp casing. The lamp casing has a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a bottom wall and an upper connective structure, together they encloses a central space. The first sidewall has a first opening and the second sidewall has a hook groove. There is a second opening between the second sidewall and the bottom wall. The spring has a first end and a second end. A central portion of the strip-shaped spring can be latched by the hook groove. The first end of the spring is fixed by the first opening on the first sidewall. The second end of the spring has an internal recess structure. The second end of the spring passes through the second opening and fastens onto a recess groove on the lamp. The deform stress produced by passing the spring through the first opening, the hook groove and the recess groove is capable fixing the lamp relative to the lamp casing.

    • An optical projection apparatus and assembling method thereof are disclosed. The method includes providing a precise calibration fixture, a projection lens, a display module and an optical engine. The projection lens and the optical engine and then the display module and the precise calibration fixture are assembled together. An image calibration operation is performed so that the position of the display module relative to the projection lens is adjusted through the precise calibration fixture. Thereafter, the display module and the optical engine are assembled using glue. The aforementioned apparatus and assembling method can improve the focusing characteristic of images and resolve image-tilting and image-shifting problems.

    • A swivel base includes a stationary bottom support to be placed on for example a desk and a movable tray movably supported on the fixed bottom support to support thereon for example a monitor. The bottom support has a circular wall having an inclined inner face and the movable tray has a concave member corresponding to and slidably supported on the inclined face. A post located at center of a recess defined by the circular wall with an expanded retaining member fixed thereon. An elongated slot is provided on the concave member and has an widened section to receive the penetration of the retaining member for retaining the post within the slot in a movable manner and to allow the movable tray to rotate about the post. A stop block is provided within the recess defined by the circular wall and a corresponding rib is provided on the underside of the concave member to be contactable with the stop block for limiting the rotation of the movable tray about the post. A cantilever type, resilient plate having a side lug formed on a free end thereof is formed on the inclined face to be depressible by the rib. The rib has an L-shaped paw and the side lug of the resilient plate has an inverted L-shaped catch engageable with the L-shaped paw to prevent the movably tray from disengaging from the bottom support.
