摘要： In a method of monitoring human physiological parameters and safe condition universally, the method is applied to a monitoring apparatus worn at an examinee's body and includes the steps of: monitoring the examinee's current plurality of physiological parameters and plurality of movement information; analyzing the movement information to determine whether or not the examinee is in motion; analyzing the physiological parameters to determine whether or not each physiological parameter is in compliance with a normal physiological standard preinstalled in the monitoring apparatus if the examinee is determined not in motion, and also determining whether or not each physiological parameter is in compliance with a normal physiological standard preinstalled in the monitoring apparatus; and issuing a first precaution reporting signal to an identified recipient and sending out the first precaution reporting signal via a wireless transmission, if the physiological parameters are incompliance with the normal physiological standards.

When the information collecting apparatus receives a user's physiological parameter and determines that the physiological parameter does fall within the range of a monitoring limit value registered in the information collecting apparatus, then the information collecting apparatus will send a notice to a management server, so that the personnel, organization or department at the management server is able to monitor the user's health condition and select the most appropriate time to take actions and provide appropriate medical treatments for the user.

摘要： A wireless transmission apparatus includes a processing unit, a pushbutton for producing a press signal, a memory unit for storing an identification code, a wireless transmission unit, and a connecting unit connected to a portable detector for receiving a physiological parameter measured by the portable detector. If the connecting unit is not connected and the press signal is received, the processing unit will produce and send an emergency notice signal to the wireless transmission unit that packs the emergency notice signal and identification code as an emergency notice packet to be sent to a service provider. If the connecting unit is connected and the press signal is received, the processing unit will output the physiological parameter to the wireless transmission unit for packing the physiological parameter and identification code as a physiological data packet to be sent to a service provider for monitoring the user's current physiological conditions.
