    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cap structure for multiple stacks that prevents the intrusion of rainwater into stacks out of operation by selectively capping a plurality of stacks.
      SOLUTION: The protective cap structure for multiple stacks, which is installed to open or close flue gas openings of a plurality of stacks, comprises: an arm mechanism positioned at an equal distance from the centers of the plurality of stacks; and a cap attached to a tip end of the arm mechanism to selectively close the plurality of stacks. The arm mechanism comprises: a post erected on a base; an arm swingably and pivotally supported on the post to hold the cap in a removable manner; a counterbalance attached to one end of the arm and substantially balanced with the cap; and a winch for moving the arm tip end vertically. When an incinerator or the like is out of operation, a single operator can cap an unused stack to prevent the intrusion of rainwater and the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit pushing up an external scaffold unit along a tower mast, pulling up an internal scaffold unit, and moving internal and external formwork in association therewith by providing a liftable single climbing unit between the external and internal scaffold units. SOLUTION: A climbing unit 4 is installed above an internal scaffold unit 3 and an external scaffold unit 6 above the climbing unit, both can be lifted along a tower mast 2. The climbing unit 4 pushes up the external scaffold unit 6, an external formwork is moved so that it may be continuous to the upper end of an external wall 7, the climbing unit 4 is lowered once to just above the internal scaffold unit 3 and fixed together, the internal scaffold unit 3 is pulled up with the climbing unit 4, and the internal formwork is moved so that it may be continuous to the upper end of the external wall 7. As the external and internal scaffold units 7, 3 are moved by the single climbing unit 4, and thereby moves the external and internal formwork, an occupied space can be reduced and work efficiency also improves.
