    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant material with through pores suitable for blood vessels and cells to enter and with intense strength as well. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the porous ceramics implant material comprises the following processes. Slurry with the raw material for the porous material dispersed underwater is held in a container. The bottom of the container has a two-dimensional structure with metals distributed in the form of islands among resins with low heat conductivity. The bottom of the container is cooled with liquid nitrogen, and the moisture in the slurry is frozen from the bottom side upward, so that a frost-column-shaped ice is formed in the slurry. The diameter of the frost-column-shaped ice formed at the time is controlled according to the size of the island-shaped metal on the bottom of the container.     • A storage device has a head that floats over a rotating storage medium. The storage device includes a measuring unit that measures the operating time and a head slider having a head element. When the amount of time exceeds the predetermined value, the control unit cause an amount of power of a second predetermined value that is lower than the first predetermined value.
