    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase boosting ratio, to achieve high conversion efficiency, and to facilitate structure by at least providing a transmission line consisting of at least a pair of conductors and a voltage conversion part that has a core with dielectric and magnetic properties. SOLUTION: A voltage conversion part 2 is composed of a core part 3 and a transmission line 10. In the core part 3, an insulation layer is formed on both surfaces of a core with dielectric and magnetic properties via a first adhesion layer, and, furthermore, a second adhesion layer is formed on the insulation layer. As a material of the core, one kind or two kinds or more selected from a group of Mn-Zn ferrite, Ni-Zn ferrite, and Ni-Cu ferrite are used. In the core, effective permeability μ at 100 kHz should be set to 10-20,000, and also effective permittivity ε should be set to 10-5,000. A transmission line 10 consists of a pair of conductors 11 and 12, which is formed while being wound around the core part 3.
