    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table tennis blade for which rubber is not easily peeled off, glue remains little when exchanging the rubber, and the thickness of the rubber bonded to the table tennis blade can be accurately measured, and a method for easily measuring the thickness of the rubber, while it is needed to frequently change the rubber for a table tennis racket and the thickness is sometimes changed by an adhesive or the like used when exchanging the rubber even while the upper limit of the thickness of the rubber is determined to be 4 mm under an international rule.SOLUTION: A table tennis blade is a blade for a table tennis racket which configures the table tennis racket by bonding rubber to a planar table tennis blade, and on a surface of the blade, a conductive layer is provided at least partially on the blade surface, and further, an insulating film layer having the thickness of 0.5-25 μm is provided. A method for measuring the thickness from a rubber surface to the surface of the conductive layer fixed to at least a part on the blade surface by an electromagnetic type or eddy current type measuring instrument is used.
