    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an internal packaging bag for use in a container can which enables the internal packaging bag to be mounted and used in the can for protecting a body of a drum, a pail and other container cans or a substance received therein to be manufactured as a product having a form to align with the internal shape of the receiving can with uniform quality and without causing a failure such as a fusion-bonding failure.
      SOLUTION: The approximate center of a bottom crease of the bottom side of a bottomed bag member is folded toward the depth in the member. Corner triangular pieces formed at both ends of the bottom crease are removed by fusion-cutting to make the bottom side into a polygonal bottom side. Then, the bottomed bag member with the polygonal bottom side is swollen to be a parallelopiped and put over a mold K for forming the bottom. The polygonal bottom side is heated by a heater H and heat-shrunk along the mold, thereby forming the internal packaging bag.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior packaging bag for container can, which is an open type interior packaging bag to be inserted into a container can such as a metal drum, etc., so as to protect the container can from becoming contaminated or corroded by the charged substances thereof, it being made possible to easily open the bag and to maintain the bag sealed even after the can is opened for convenience of taking out only the required amount of the charged substances thereof, as is required.
      SOLUTION: The interior packaging bag is constituted of an inner packaging bag inserted into the container can along its circumferential face and inner bottom face, being capable of covering the peripheral margin of the opening of the can by folding back the end-rim portion of the opening of the bag, and of an inner lid having a take-out opening for the charged substances which is so adapted as to be removably cover-fitted on the opening of the can, while the inner lid has reinforcing ribs formed therein, and the upper surface of a cover-fitting channel on the outer circumferential periphery thereof, the channel provided for being removably fitted to the peripheral margin portion of the opening of the can, is placed approximately at the same height as the upper surface of the inner stopper of the take-out opening for the charged substances.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an interior bag for a container can constituted so as to simply manufacture the interior bag for protecting a substance housed in a can such as a drum can or the like without generating defectiveness such as fusion-bonding failure or the like. SOLUTION: A cylindrical interior bag peripheral wall material 2 made of a heat- shrinkable synthetic resin is externally fitted to the outer periphery of an interior bag forming mold 3 formed so as to be fitted to the shape of the interior bag to be formed and one end part of the interior bag peripheral wall material 2 is protruded from the leading end of the interior bag forming mold 3 only over length forming a fusion-bonding piece 22. This part is heated by a heater 4 to be thermally shrunk in the radial direction thereof to form the fusion-bonding piece from the outer peripheral edge of the mold to an inner peripheral direction so as to suspend the same from the outer peripheral edge. After the fusion-bonding piece is horizontally corrected, an end member 1 preliminarily cut into a shape conforming to the inner bottom surface of the container can is superposed on the fusion-bonding piece and the superposed part of the fusion-bonding piece and the end member is integrally fusion-bonded by a ring-shaped heat sealer 5 to manufacture the interior bag for the container can.
