Only when there is coincidence between the attribute information of the advertisement contents data and the user information, the advertisement contents data as a whole are received from the distribution device used by the advertisement contents distributor.

In response to a request received over the external network, the information management unit transmits a one-time password over the external network to the external apparatus.
