    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an old tire incinerating method for reliably suppressing the emission of harmful combustion gas, and its device.
      SOLUTION: The method comprises a first step of crushing frozen old tires into fine powder and removing foreign matters such as metal or fiber pieces as required to form combustible fine power materials and a second step of using a first burner 206 for burning fuel oil to preheat a furnace up to a temperature of 800°C and then using a two-fluid burner 207 for injecting and burning emulsified fuel emulsified by separately mixing a surface active agent and basic water solution into the fuel oil at preset outside air injection pressure to raise a temperature in a combustion furnace 201 up to 1,100°C or higher where the emulsified fuel is burnt using the two-fluid burner 207 and the combustible fine powder materials are incinerated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for waste liquid combustion processing capable of effectively achieving the efficient detoxification of various industrial waste liquid, improving the fuel economy, inhibiting the generation of harmful substances such as nitrogen oxide, and reducing an exhaust gas. SOLUTION: A low hydrous fuel oil emulsion is produced by injecting the water to a gel for emulsion prepared by adding a surface active against to the fuel oil, and high hydrous fuel oil emulsion to which the water is injected, and the waste-mixed fuel oil emulsion to which the treated waste liquid is added, are produced on the basis of the low hydrous fuel oil emulsion. The combustion of the high hydrous fuel oil emulsion is started when furnace temperatures of a primary combustion furnace and a secondary combustion furnace reach near 800°C, and the combustion of the waste liquid-mixed fuel oil emulsion is performed for the combustion of the high hydrous fuel oil emulsion in the primary combustion furnace, when the furnace temperature reaches near 1100°C.
