The reheating device of the bath has a simple mechanism using electricity which can be installed by electrical work without requiring pipe laying work of a reheating boiler. A moisture-proof (airtight) tape is stuck to wood at a joint between boards. The gypsum board with the moisture-proof sheet and aluminum sheet is executed from the top thereof. An airtight construction method of board attachment such as wall covering or ceiling covering can thereby be performed easily. The tape can be applied to an airtight construction method of floor construction. The tape is similar to a present curing tape with a width of 4.5 cm easily peeled, translucent, thin, moisture-proof and not deteriorated.
