The three elements are arranged such that during dose setting, the limiter is moved towards an end-of-contend position, wherein dose setting is limited. The invention comprises an accumulative and a non-accumulative embodiment. The invention further relates to a mechanism for prevention ejection of a dose exceeding the set dose.

摘要： The present invention relates to injection devices for injecting a dose of a medicament. The injection device (100) incorporates a housing (101), a needle assembly (150) and a cover (200). The needle assembly (150) comprises an injection needle (152, 153) accommodated in a needle container (151) having an opening which in a storage state of the injection device (100) is sealed by a film seal (155). The cover may include sections (201, 202) arranged movable relative to the housing (101). The injection device (100) is so configured that upon movement of the cover sections (201, 202) relative to the housing (101) the film seal (155) is changed from a sealing state to an unsealing state for shifting the injection device (100) into a ready-to-administer state.

摘要： The present invention relates to injection devices for injecting a medicament from a cartridge (600) through a needle cannula (510). The injection device (100) includes an actuator (330, 360) for driving a piston driver (310) and includes an end of stroke limiter (341, 611). When the piston driver (310) is arrested by the end of stroke limiter (341, 611) a shielding driver (370) is automatically triggered to actively shift the needle cannula (510) into a shielded state. The injection device may include a fluid dispensing interruption mechanism that automatically interrupts fluid flow when the piston driver has moved a predetermined stroke length. The injection device may also include a single pre-stressed spring acting exclusively in a linear compression mode or exclusively in a torsion mode and adapted to sequentially drive the device to enable fully automatic operation. The invention also relates to a method of sterilizing a needle cannula assembly.

摘要： A mechanical injection device (1) for injecting apportioned doses of liquid drug. The injection device (1) comprises a dose setting means, an injection means, a removable cap (15) and a cap receiving part (9) adapted to abut or engage with the cap (15) when the cap (15) is mounted on the injection device (1). The dose setting means is operatively coupled to the cap receiving part (9) in such a manner that mounting and/or dismounting of the cap (15) on/from the injection device (1) causes the dose setting means to set a dose. Thereby a correct dose of drug is automatically set during a cap on/cap off cycle. Since such a cycle is normally performed between two subsequent injections, the number of steps required to be performed by the user is reduced.

The first tubular member (7) and the housing are engaged via a first track (8) and a first protruding part (9), and the first and second tubular members (7, 10) are engaged via a second track (11) and a second protruding part (12). The first track (8) comprises a first portion (8a) which the first protruding part (9) travels during setting of the dose, and the second track (11) comprises a first portion (11a) which the second protruding part (12) travels during setting of the predetermined fixed dose. The first 10 portions (8a, 11a) of the first (8) and second (11) tracks are shaped in such a manner that the second tubular member (10) is prevented from rotating during setting 15 of a dose. The second tubular member (10) is rotationally locked to a piston rod (13), and rotation of the piston rod (13) during dose setting is thereby prevented.

摘要： An injection device (1) with an End-of-Content mechanism. The End-of-Content mechanism comprises a track (91) and a track follower each coupled directly or indirectly to the housing and the dose setting member (20). When setting a dose, the housing and the dose setting member is rotated relatively to each other thereby also rotating the track-follower in the track a distance corresponding to the size of the set dose. This relative rotation is summarized and stored in the position of the track follower in the track. The housing containing the mechanism is preferably equipped with a transparent (71) area through which a user can inspect the position of the track follower in the track and thereby get a visible warning when the drug reservoir in the injection device is about to be emptied.
