摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner enabling a passive generator such as a solar battery to exhibit a higher generating capacity. SOLUTION: The power conditioner for the passive generator has a voltage converter changing voltage of a DC power input from the passive generator, an inverter converting output power of the voltage converter into AC power, and a control circuit controlling operation or the like of the voltage converter. The operating power of the control circuit is supplied from a point except an input of the voltage converter. Or the operating power is supplied from a conventional point, but a load characteristic is improved so as to prevent impedance mismatching with the control circuit in the operating condition of solar battery array.
