摘要： The method and the device according to the invention are used to sterilize preforms (1) made of a thermoplastic material that are intended for producing blow-molded containers. During the sterilization, a sterilizing agent is introduced into the area of the preform (1). The sterilizing agent is discharged at least partially from at least one nozzle (44) in the direction of the preform (1). An average direction (45) of the escape of the sterilizing agent from the nozzle (44) is provided with an angle of inclination (46) from a longitudinal axis (47) of the preform (1).

The method involves first introducing a sterilization medium into a container, and then introducing a heated gaseous and/or vaporous activation medium into the container. The activation medium is used to heat and activate the sterilization medium to destroy microorganisms. The temperature of the heated gaseous and/or vaporous activation medium is controlled based on the detected temperature of the container or the wall of the container.

摘要： Perdeuterated methacrylates of a high degree of deuteration can be obtained by a process for the preparation of perdeuterated methacrylates from hexadeuteroacetone by conversion into the corresponding cyanohydrin, subsequent elimination of water, hydrolysis of the cyano group and esterification with perdeuterated alkanols, the conversion of hexadeuteroacetone into the cyanohydrin being effected by reaction with trimethylsilyl cyanide to give 1,3-hexadeutero-2-(trimethylsiloxy)-2-cyano-propane and subsequent hydrolytic elimination of the trimethylsilyl group.
