    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-in-one type kneading injection molding apparatus and a method of using the apparatus.
      SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a kneading extrusion unit including a feed stage, a pressing stage, a melting stage, a kneading stage, a temperature drop stage and an injection molding stage; a distribution unit having at least one distribution passage having a valve control outlet connected to an inlet of a mold unit; and the mold unit. The method mainly includes supplying a polymeric substance into the feed stage, allowing the supplied polymeric substance to go through processes of pressing, melting, kneading with a physical foaming agent, temperature drop, etc., injecting the polymer mixture into the distribution unit through the injection molding stage, opening the valve control outlet to put the polymeric substance mixture into the mold unit so as to be full, and performing mold release to obtain a highly foamed product.

    • A liquid crystal display panel includes an array substrate, an opposite substrate having an opposite electrode, a liquid crystal layer located therebetween, first alignment patterns and second alignment patterns.
