    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin processed product which is free from generation of carbon and a short circuit of a built-in resistance heating element (a heating element) during energization and difficult to be influenced even by an environmental temperature as the method for manufacturing the resin processed product to be manufactured by fusion welding and bonding of mutual resin components, especially mutual ring-like or cylindrical resin components, by electric energization heating.
      SOLUTION: When the mutual resin components are fusion welded by electric energization heating in order to bond the mutual resin components, a metallic wire 2 in a reticulate or a pattern is arranged as a resistance heating element to a joined part of the resin component, mutual resin components 3 and 4 are confronted with each other to hold the confronted state. Electricity is applied to the metallic wire, which is heated at a temperature enough for fusion welding to be fusion welded. The metallic wire is used, further electricity is applied to the metallic wire to be heated and mutual resin components are fusion welded. Thereby a strength of joined surfaces of mutual resin components can be increased.
