    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen food for fried food and steamed food, usable both for fried food and steamed food, having no strong oil and fat taste as for fried food, and containing ice cream free from melting and getting out of shape.
      SOLUTION: The ice cream-containing frozen food has a core part made of ice cream, a first fluid-tight solid adiabatic food material layer part which surrounds the whole surface of the ice cream, is set in a layer form, and has as the main material wheat flour, an edible paste material layer part which surrounds the whole surface of the layer and has viscosity of adhering in a layer form, a second adiabatic food material layer part which surrounds the whole surface of the paste material layer part and adheres in a layer form, and a food material layer part which surrounds the whole surface of the second food material layer part, is set in a layer form, and has flexibility, and as the main material, glutinous rice flour fluid tight to edible oil and fat.

The upper end portion thereof slides with respect to the peripheries of small-diameter cylindrical portion insertion holes 211a and 211b of a module holding board 30 on the front side and a rear housing 20 on the rear side. Thus, the main board 40 can move in a plane direction (in a longitudinal direction).
