摘要： PURPOSE: To make the surface area distribution of a coated body uniform and to enable the regeneration by attaching metallic sodium on the surface of a supporter which is excellent in air permeability and large in the surface area and molding a coated body by metallic sodium.
CONSTITUTION: Quartz wool 6 and metallic sodium block 26 of suitable quantity are charged till the part of about 2/3 volume of a glass vessel 10 by opening a cover of the glass vessel 10 and thereafter the cover is closed. When the glass vessel 10 is cooled in a dry ice-acetone bath 24 and a stop valve 16 is opened and a stop valve 20 is closed and a gaseous ammonia bomb 18 is opened, gaseous ammonia is cooled and liquefied in the inside of the glass vessel 10. When the temp. of the glass vessel 10 is raised, liquid ammonia being solvent is gasified and metallic sodium is deposited and attached on the surface of the quartz wool 6.

摘要： A nitroimidazole derivative represented by the following formula (1): [wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkanoyl group; and X represents a fluorine atom or an isotope thereof], and a diagnostic imaging agent containing the derivative as an active ingredient. The derivative enables imaging of the ischemic sites of a circulatory organ or imaging of cancer cells, and thus the derivative can provide information about the position and the amount of the ischemic sites or the cancer cells. Therefore, the derivative contributes to selection of appropriate treatment of ischemia or cancer.
