    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although a tool formed extracting a necessary portion of a guitar for left-hand fingering has been available, a trainee only repeats operation to press frets on a guitar finger board by himself or herself to master intervals between left-hand finger tips needed to press frets and does not have effective results. SOLUTION: According to this invention, fingertips of the left hand are put in a tool having hollows at larger intervals larger than frets of a guitar to be trained, for effectively solving the problem. Unreasonable force applied to the left-hand fingers during the training can be reduced by using an elastic material. The hollows (2)-1 to (2)-4 in which the index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger of the left hand are bored in a main body part (1) at intervals larger than intervals of the first to fourth frets of the guitar. For use, the index finger is put in (2)-1, the middle finger in (2)-2, the ring finger in (2)-3, and the little finger in (2)-4; and nipping operation is repeated by moving the fingertips of the index finger to the little finger to master intervals between the fingertips of the index finger to the little finger.     • When a polymer blend of an NBR and an alkylene oxide-polymerized polymer is used as the electro-conductive elastic layer of an electro-conductive member for electrophotography, a change in shape of the electro-conductive member occurs owing to its expansion due to water absorption, thereby causing image unevenness in some cases. When an electro-conductive member for electrophotography having an electro-conductive elastic layer containing an NBR to which a specific alkylene oxide oligomer is graft-bonded is used, high ionic electro-conductivity is obtained and a change in its shape due to water absorption is reduced.
