    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat waste edible oil, waste mineral oil or a mixture thereof as main raw materials and reproduce these oils as reusable fuel oil.
      SOLUTION: Waste edible oil or waste mineral oil which is a raw material oil or a mixture thereof is mixed with water in an amount of 10-30 wt.% based on the raw material oil in emulsion state. A rotator 3 to which many linear projections are spirally fixed is used as a mixing means and the raw material is continuously fed from a raw material feed port of a cylindrical body 2 housing the rotator 3 therein and the rotator 3 is rotated at a high speed by a motor 1 connected to the rotator to produce cavitation.

SOLUTION: In this apparatus for producing fuel oil, a rotator 3 is built in a cylindrical body 2 and connected to a motor 1 and many linear projections 8 are spirally attached to the rotator, and a ratio (D/L) of an outside diameter (D) of the linear projection of the rotator 3 to a length (L) of a portion in which these linear projections are fixed is 0.5-0.8. In this method for producing the fuel oil, a raw material oil is continuously fed from a raw material feed port of the cylindrical body 2 and the rotator 3 is rotated at a high speed by the motor 1 to which the rotator is connected. As a result, cavitation is generated in the raw material oil in the cylindrical body.

    • The image forming apparatus is an image forming apparatus including an image bearing member, a developing device, a transfer device, and a cleaning device. In the image forming apparatus, the ratio of antimony to iron of the toner that has been removed by the cleaning device is double or more the ratio of antimony to iron of the toner before being conveyed by the toner bearing member.
