The contacts include hooks to be disposed within the first depression. The actuator includes bosses, received in the second depressions, and a shaft, received in the first depression. The bosses each include an axial center and first and second contact portions. The distance between the axial center and the first contact portion is smaller than the distance between the axial center and the second contact portion. When the actuator is in an upright position, the first contact portions are on the bottom surfaces and the shaft is on the lower side of the hooks. When the actuator rotates to a lying position, the bosses rotate along the bottom surfaces and the shaft move to the upper side to be engaged with the hooks.

This ultrasound probe includes: an ultrasound probe which transmits ultrasound waves to a subject; and an optical probe which detects, with use of light, the ultrasound waves reflected off internal tissue of the subject, and openings of the ultrasound probe are larger than openings of the optical probe. With this, reflected waves (ultrasound waves) from the subject can be detected by the large openings, so that high resolution can be obtained relative to a width of the transmitted ultrasound waves.

摘要： A laser light source (1) emits a beam. A collimator lens (2) converts the beam emitted from the laser light source (1) into first substantially parallel light. A lenticular lens (3) expands a beam of the first substantially parallel light converted by the collimator lens (2) into a linear shape in a first direction. A Fresnel lens (4) converts the beam expanded in the first direction by the lenticular lens (3) into second substantially parallel light. A free curved surface mirror (5) has a reflecting surface formed into a free curved surface, and expands a beam of the second substantially parallel light converted by the Fresnel lens (4) into a planar shape in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. This arrangement enables to provide a planar illumination device with a small thickness and high light use efficiency.
