    • A parallel distributed processing system includes multiple parallel distributed processing execution servers which stores data blocks pre-divided in a storage device and executes tasks processing the data blocks in parallel, and a management computer controlling the multiple parallel distributed processing execution servers. The management computer collects resource use amounts of the multiple parallel distributed processing execution servers, acquires states of data blocks and tasks held by the multiple parallel distributed processing execution servers, selects a second parallel distributed processing execution server transferring a data block to the first parallel distributed processing execution server, based on processing progress situations of the data blocks held by the multiple parallel distributed processing execution servers and the resource use amounts of the multiple parallel distributed processing execution servers, and transmits a command to transfer the data block to the first parallel distributed processing execution server, to the selected second parallel distributed processing execution server.

    • A high frequency bar type heater can be inserted into a hole of an object to be heated even if there is an obstruction above the hole. The high frequency bar type heater has a flexible and slender heat resisting and insulating tube (2) having both its ends closed so as to form a water-tight container. A flexible and slender conductor coil (3) is inserted in the heat resisting and insulating tube (2). A magnetic core (5), sectioned in plural pieces in its longitudinal direction, is contained on an inner side of the conductor coil (3). A flexible cooling water pipe (6) is inserted in the heat resisting and insulating tube (2) so as to cool the interior thereof. The high frequency bar type heater thus has flexibility as a whole. The magnetic core may also be formed of a flexible material.

    • There is a need to provide a high-frequency power amplifier capable of reducing a talk current and reducing a phase deviation in output. The high-frequency power amplifier includes differently sized first through fifth power amplification transistors and impedance matching circuits for example. The high-frequency power amplifier changes a signal path to be used in accordance with a power specification signal. The high-frequency power amplifier uses a signal path from the first transistor to the second transistor in high power mode. The high-frequency power amplifier uses a signal path from the first transistor to the third transistor in medium power mode. The high-frequency power amplifier uses a signal path from the fourth transistor to the fifth transistor in low power mode. The high-frequency power amplifier is configured so that each of the signal paths includes the same number of stages of power amplification transistors and impedance matching circuits.
