    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient and inexpensive heat collecting apparatus which makes a medium or a liquid high in temperatures using sunlight, inexpensively tracks sunlight, and has integratedly a sunlight tracking device, a hot water heater, and a hot water storage device, and achieves higher temperatures than conventionally achieved ones, wherein in this case, the apparatus not only remarkably and effectively raises temperatures of a water heater using sunlight heat but also achieves required high temperatures by remarkably and inexpensively reducing thermal loss even in a vaporizing method used for manufacturing fresh water or purified water, and also to provide power generated by using this hot water.
      SOLUTION: The sunlight collecting apparatus has: a device for tracking and collecting light according to diurnal and annual motions of sunlight; an opening for allowing the collected sunlight to pass therethrough; and a heating part for spreading out the collected sunlight again, absorbing it, and making a high temperature medium. By the opening having a small area, radiation loss and convection loss are remarkably reduced, and hot water is maintained over a long period of time as the heat collecting apparatus itself is a heat storage device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a luminaire is conventionally fixed onto a ceiling and so a fluorescent lamp located at a high position is hard to replace and clean.
      SOLUTION: An arm storage case (1) on the upper part of the luminaire and a body (2) are connected to each other via arms (4). When the body (2) is pulled down, the arms (4) are elongated and moved down. With the body (2) turned 90°, the fluorescent lamp is easy to replace and clean in a frontward turned condition.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient and inexpensive heat collecting apparatus, efficiently making a medium or a liquid high in temperatures using sunlight, to take in as much incident sunlight as possible while making the temperatures so high as has been impossible conventionally by reducing loss caused by radiation and convection as much as possible, and not only to remarkably improve efficiency of a water heater using solar heat but also to achieve required high temperatures by inexpensively and largely reducing thermal loss even in a vaporizing method used upon manufacturing fresh water or purified water.
      SOLUTION: The heat collecting apparatus includes a device for collecting sunlight, an opening for allowing the collected sunlight pass therethrough, and a heating part for spreading out the collected sunlight again and absorbing it to make a high temperature medium. The sunlight received by a large area is used to heat interior liquid by passing it through the opening with a small area, and radiation loss and convection loss proportional to the opening area are reduced to one tenth of incident energy of the sunlight or less.
